spendsense is a single-user personal finance tool: import a bank or card CSV, and it normalizes merchants and categories, builds monthly and weekly summaries, and surfaces explainable spending insights — no bank integrations, no LLM calls, nothing running behind your back.

it's a solo project — one of a handful of small household tools i build under thea foundry, alongside things like lendmate and substrack. built to be small, private, and quietly useful, not to grow into something bigger than it needs to be.
